Mehmet Kavas is currently the Director of Premium Operations, Product Supply, Baby Care at Procter & Gamble's Euskirchen Plant in Germany. Graduating with honors in both Chemical Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, they joined P&G in 2011 and have since managed numerous high-value projects and operations, leading initiatives in production, quality, and cost efficiency. Mehmet also holds an Executive MBA from Koç University, completed between 2014 and 2016. Their extensive experience includes various leadership roles focused on engineering, productivity, and project management across P&G's Baby Care and Feminine Care sectors.
