Kurt Russel Orfanel is currently a Senior Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble, where they manage expat payroll and tax processes. Previously, they led various tax simplification projects and served in roles including Expat Tax Operations and Governance Manager. Kurt was a delegate at the 16th Accountancy Students’ Seminar and Extra-curricular Training and contributed to multiple leadership positions in student organizations, such as Creatives Director and Vice President for Externals at UP Guilder Annual. They were also recognized as the 1st Runner Up in the CFA Institute Research Challenge while representing the University of the Philippines. Kurt holds a BS in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines.
