Evgeny Mikhalenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management, negotiations, and business planning, currently serving as Senior Director of National Accounts in Russia. They previously held various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including Distributors' Operations MFT Director for Eastern Europe and Eastern Europe Emerging Channels Leader, where they spearheaded multi-functional teams and developed emerging channel strategies. Evgeny also served as Private Label Managing Director at PJSC "Magnit" and began their career at Procter & Gamble as an Account Manager. They earned a degree in Engineering and a Bachelor in Management from Novosibirsk State Technical University.
