Ashley Fill, MSt, has extensive experience in sustainability and management, currently serving as Director of Sustainability for both Canada and Global Home Care at Procter & Gamble since September 2016. Prior roles at Procter & Gamble include Director of Sustainability for Home Care North America, Senior Market Strategy Manager, Sustainability Team Leader, Account Executive, and Account Manager. Earlier experience includes a Project Manager position at Queen's University from September 2015 to May 2016 and a Junior Research Assistant role at the Royal Military College of Canada from January 2014 to August 2014. Ashley Fill is pursuing a Master of Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge, anticipated to be completed in March 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
