Manja Morsman is the Manager of Talent Development at Formorrow, where they have been responsible for the coaching and training of talents since 2018. Prior to this role, Manja served as a Talent Manager and held various leadership positions at Procam, focusing on talent matching and selection. Manja holds a Post HBO Master's in Coaching & Training and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from the University of Utrecht, complementing their extensive expertise in coaching, training, and talent management in the IT and life sciences sectors.
