Ursula Paggetta has worked in various roles and industries throughout their career. Ursula started as a Hostess in fashion conventions for MOOD fashion magazine from 2002 to 2004. In 2014, they worked as a Purchasing and Customer Service agent at MULTISERVICES s.r.l. Ursula also completed an intensive course in Digital Marketing at Google in the same year.

In 2015, Ursula worked as a Volunteer Translator for TEDx and as a Hostess in Multiburo | Centres d'affaires, Coworking, bureau pour travailleur mobile, réunion & domiciliation. Ursula then joined BlaBlaCar as a Member Relations Agent from 2015 to 2016, where they provided customer support, managed refunds and compensations, processed complaints and claims, and collaborated with dedicated teams to prevent fraud and incidents. Ursula later became a Member Relations Senior Specialist at BlaBlaCar from 2016 to 2018, taking care of users seeking legal or psychological assistance.

In 2019, Ursula joined ArtSquare.io as a Community Manager, responsible for carrying out project planning, producing charts and schedules, managing the product and development team, and ensuring detailed user stories for development. Ursula also served as the COO & Product Owner, overseeing internal projects and keeping them on track and on budget.

From 2020 to 2022, Ursula worked at Printful as a Customer Support Specialist and later as a CS Senior Associate.

Most recently, in 2022, Ursula joined European Recruitment as a Research & Recruitment Consultant, specializing in technology recruitment across the EU, USA, and Asia.

Throughout their career, Ursula has gained experience in customer support, project management, community management, translation, and digital marketing.

Ursula Paggetta's education history begins in 2001 when they obtained their High School Diploma in inglese-francese-spagnolo economia e diritto internazionale from I.T.C. Alessandro Volta. Ursula then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Arabic Philology from Universidad de Sevilla, which they completed in 2013. Following this, Ursula went on to obtain their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Arabic and Islamic Studies from the same institution, Universidad de Sevilla, in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Ursula Paggetta participated in the XIV Congreso Internacional del grupo de investigación “Escritoras y escrituras” and obtained a certification for their participation in October 2017. The institution that issued this certification is not specified.
