Patrick Ham is an experienced project manager and operations leader with a diverse background in brand implementation, construction management, and property management. Currently serving as an Assistant Team Manager and Corporate Identity Project Manager at Principle Group USA since March 2015, Patrick has successfully managed the re-branding of multiple high-profile automotive locations. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions such as Commercial Estimating Manager at Certa Pro of Knoxville and Project Manager at Partners Development, overseeing a variety of construction projects. As General Manager of Turkey Creek Public Market, Patrick effectively managed operations for a large-scale indoor market. Early career experiences include serving as Broker/Property Manager at Turley and Company and Operations Manager at Enterprise Rent A Car. Patrick holds a degree in Education with a focus on Sports Management from the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
