Syifaa Radzuan is a seasoned professional in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Manager for Asia at Principal Financial Group since December 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager in Sourcing and Procurement at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad, and Senior Procurement Executive for IT & IS at U Mobile, where employment lasted from March 2019 to June 2023. Earlier career experiences consist of positions as Operation and Admin Executive at SSI International School and Customer Service Representative at UOB, as well as a trainee role at Weatherford. Syifaa holds a Bachelor of Technology in Petroleum Geoscience from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, completed in 2017.
