Heidi McCarthy is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Primient since March 2022, Heidi supports over 250 employees in North America and coordinates employee communication initiatives for company transitions. Prior to this, Heidi held HR positions at Tate & Lyle and Sargent & Lundy, focusing on employee engagement, recruitment, and onboarding. Earlier experience includes internships at Tradebe Environmental Services and the Village of Arlington Heights, as well as a role as Peer Mentor and Outreach Coordinator with the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. Heidi holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Augustana College.
