Madeline Carr, P.E. is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Structural Engineer IV at Primera Engineers since January 2025, Madeline previously held the position of Director of Engineering at VANQUISH Fencing Solutions, and worked as a Lead Structural Engineer at VANQUISH FENCING INC from February 2022 to January 2025, focusing on innovative barrier solutions in the power utility sector. Prior to these roles, Madeline contributed to bridge design and inspection as a Structural E.I.T. with HDR, and gained valuable experience as a Bridge Engineer Intern at Pennoni. Madeline's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, where participation as a Student Researcher involved significant environmental data collection in collaboration with local and national entities.
