Chas Kelly is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the food and hospitality industry. Starting with an education in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, Chas held positions including Executive Chef at Marriott International and Walt Disney World Resort, and Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As Regional Director of Operations for Compass Group USA, Chas achieved significant financial improvements and operational restructuring. Other notable roles include Director of Food & Nutrition at AVI Foodsystems and Vice President of Culinary Services at Watercrest Senior Living Group, where Chas successfully opened multiple communities and increased sales. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Services at Westminster Communities of Florida, Chas continues to demonstrate expertise in enhancing guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
