Zdeněk Lapáček is a seasoned IT leader and project manager with extensive experience in achieving business goals and implementing change. They have held senior roles in various companies, including Mibcon a.s., Trask, and Globus ČR, where they managed IT projects, developed strategies, and optimized processes in areas such as Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. Currently, Zdeněk leads the IT Project and Product Management department at Pražská plynárenská, a. s., overseeing project portfolios and collaborations with stakeholders. Zdeněk earned an engineering degree from České vysoké učení technické v Praze.
