Oleksii Sirakov is the Director of Information Security Management and BCP Department and CISO at JSC Pravex Bank, where they coordinate banking activities in IT and IT security. They previously held leadership roles at PJSC UkrSotsbank, the Independent Association of the Banks of Ukraine, and the National Bank of Ukraine, focusing on IT security audits and compliance with international standards. Oleksii has extensive experience in implementing information security management systems and developing methodologies to reduce fraud in banking. They hold degrees in finance and engineering from prominent Ukrainian universities.
