Tom Geer is an experienced finance leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Finance at Pratt & Whitney. With a broad background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and accounting, Tom has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director of FP&A and Associate Director for Commercial Engines. Tom's career began with a two-year Financial Leadership Program at United Technologies Corporation, and they have since led diverse teams while implementing significant process improvements across multiple organizations. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Hartford.
