Patryk Szałaj is currently the Machining Quality Control Team Manager at Pratt & Whitney. They previously held various roles at ArcelorMittal, including Shift Manager, where they supervised a team of up to 60 individuals and oversaw process quality improvements. They also worked as a Production Team Manager and contributed to production planning and team management in earlier roles. Patryk started their career as a Pomocnik formierza at Metalodlew, where they prepared molds and cores for steel and iron castings.
