Michael Young is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional CFO and Business Partner at UTC Pratt & Whitney since August 1998, Michael oversees financial operations for Blades Technology International in Israel and Global Transitions in Connecticut. Prior experience includes various finance management roles and serving as the Executive Assistant to the President at Arburg from 1994 to 1998, where Michael also held the position of Director of Finance. Michael holds a B.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. in Finance & Management from the University of Connecticut.
