Kimberly Kinsley is an accomplished executive in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Chairperson of IAE AG and Vice President of Mature Commercial Engines at Pratt & Whitney since April 2023. Kinsley has held various leadership positions within the organization, including President of IAE AG and Vice President of the V2500 Engine Programs. Previously, Kinsley worked at Collins Aerospace from April 2017 to June 2023, where roles included Vice President & General Manager for Environmental and Airframe Control Systems. Kinsley's career also includes significant positions at UTC Aerospace Systems and Sensata Technologies, focusing on operations and program management. Kinsley began her career at 3M Company and Imation after earning both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
