Eric Pratt is a highly motivated Supplier Quality Clinic Manager at Pratt & Whitney, where they have been employed since 2026. Previously, Eric held various roles at the same company, including Sr. Supervisor NDT and Sr. Technical Training Leader, focusing on Non Destructive Testing. Eric began their career as a Machinist Apprentice, partaking in a four-year developmental program that led to an Associate's Degree in Trades and Technical Occupations. They also earned an Associate of Science in Precision Machining Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
