Efrem Spear is currently a Senior Lead Quality Assurance Inspector at Pratt & Whitney, a position held since 2015. They previously served as a Quality Inspector with Aerotek/Pratt & Whitney from 2014 to 2015 and as an F117 Maintenance and Parts Inspector with ALC F117 Main Line Assembly between 2011 and 2013. With a background in aviation as an Aviation Aerospace Professional, Efrem retired from the USAF after over two decades of service. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide, as well as an Associate of Science in Aeronautics from the Community College of the Air Force.
