Sarah Bromley is an experienced Medical Director with a strong background in the healthcare industry, notably serving as Clinical Lead for prison health at Beacon Healthcare from 2005 to 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategy and National Medical Director for Health in Justice at Practice Plus Group. Sarah is a Senior Fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and a Fellow of the Royal College of GPs, alongside holding a PG Diploma focused on Mental Health from Staffordshire University. With skills in Medical Leadership, Clinical Service Development, and Governance, they have also contributed significantly to the Isle of Wight CCG and practiced as a GP Partner at Ashcroft Surgery from 1995 to 2005.
