Celia O'Brien is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Legal Counsel for PPL Corporation since May 2022, O'Brien previously held various legal positions at National Grid from 2000 to 2022, including Assistant General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to that, O'Brien worked as In-House Counsel at New England Electric System from 1996 to 2000 and as an Associate at Goodwin Proctor and Hoar and Edwards & Angell. O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science from Smith College and a Doctor of Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
