Felipe Schiavo is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the FP&A Regional Finance Director for Latin America at PPG. Previously, they held key leadership roles, including Finance Director and CFO for Bacardi in Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay, where they significantly improved profitability and cash flow management. Felipe's vast experience includes consulting and management positions at TIM Participações S/A, AkzoNobel, and various roles within Bacardi, where they effectively led cross-functional teams and transformative projects. They hold a Master’s degree in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
