Leah Ross currently serves as the Head of Tendering and Design - North and Business Improvement Manager at Power On since January 2012, where leadership of change projects for the strategic development and implementation of heat products is a key focus. Additionally, Leah holds the position of Senior Design Engineer and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair at BUUK Infrastructure from September 2023, leading initiatives to promote workplace diversity and employee engagement. Leah's academic background includes a BTEC in Electrical Engineering and a Higher National Certificate in Business, both obtained from Leicester College.
