Sarah Dolyak, CIR, PHR, has a strong background in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Partner at Power Design, Inc. since October 2014. In this role, Dolyak contributes to a national design-build contractor that emphasizes innovative construction in various trades. Prior experience includes positions such as Lead Recruiting Partner and Chief Recruiting Officer at Northwestern Mutual, as well as Director of Recruitment and Development at Northwestern Mutual - The Sarasota Financial Group.
