Jen Falkowski currently serves as the Director of Messaging Strategy, Operations & Compliance at Postscript since June 2025. Previously, Jen held the position of Manager of Global Messaging Operations at Klaviyo from September 2022 to June 2025. At Sinch, Jen was the Customer Migration Regional Lead for the Americas, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for major clients during the acquisition of SAP's Digital Interconnect business. Jen's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Business Operations at Vibes, where operational efficiency and industry relationships were prioritized. Additional roles include Marketing Assistant/Analyst at Newell Rubbermaid, Technical Exhibition and Convention Coordinator at the American Society of Neuroradiology, and Marketing Coordinator at Burns & McDonnell. Jen Falkowski is an alumnus of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
