Duco Dalenoord has extensive experience in IT management and supply chain operations, currently serving as IT Manager BIT Mail at PostNL since November 2016. Throughout the career at PostNL, Duco has held various roles including Platform Owner for Order Processing, Product Owner, Portfolio Manager, and LSS Blackbelt. Prior to PostNL, Duco worked at Eneco Consumers as Delivery Manager for Toon® and held multiple roles in Eneco Customer Care and Operations from 2002 to 2014, including Delivery Manager and Supply Chain Manager for Toon®. Duco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2002 and 2005.
