Fabrízio de Royes Mello is a senior software engineer with extensive experience in PostgreSQL-based time-series database development and relational database optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at Timescale since September 2021, Fabrízio has previously held roles as a Core Database Developer and PostgreSQL Specialist at Timbira since July 2013, where the focus was on database modeling, schema architecture, programming, and performance tuning. As a volunteer developer for the PostgreSQL Global Development Group since March 2012, contributions include feature development and patch reviews.
