James McDougall has extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors, currently serving as a Member of Posterity Milestone Consortium Limited since April 2020 and a Director at Interim Advisory Services Ltd since January 2017. As the technology portfolio lead for the Ministry of Justice UK since September 2020, key achievements include transforming the portfolio management function for technology projects supporting the UK Justice system.
