Michele-Ange Castaldi has extensive experience in human resources and management within the retail sector. From July 2018 to December 2020, Michele-Ange served as Responsabile risorse umane at Auchan Retail, overseeing a team responsible for managing approximately 400 employees across two hypermarkets in Cagliari. Prior roles included Specialista Risorse Umane e Organizzazione and Responsabile risorse umane at Poste Italiane from July 2021 to April 2022, and various management positions at Auchan from September 2002 to September 2004. These positions encompassed responsibilities such as overseeing commercial operations in dairy and frozen products, managing fresh product sectors, and ensuring financial profitability through budgeting and planning. Michele-Ange holds a degree from EDHEC Business School, completed between 1997 and 2002.
