Sayuru Adikari currently serves as an Operations Executive at Posta Plus, a leading logistics and shipping solutions provider in the Middle East, since June 2025. Simultaneously, Sayuru has been a guest lecturer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at several government and private universities since April 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Hayleys Advantis Limited, where roles ranged from Head of Logistics Solutions & Marketing to Lead Logistics Analyst, culminating in extensive project management and consultancy across various industries in the APAC region. Sayuru also held positions at the Institute of Supply and Materials Management as Course Director and visiting lecturer, and previously worked as a Logistics Officer at Unilever. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from the Institute of Supply and Materials Management of Sri Lanka.
