Andrew Jones, MBA, MS, CBRITP, CBRM, currently serves as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst III at Ports America. In this role, Andrew acts as a liaison between Finance and other corporate systems technical teams to support production activities and implement new business processes. Prior to Ports America, Andrew worked at John C. Lincoln Health Network and Apollo Education Group, where Andrew consulted with subject matter experts and led process improvement initiatives. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Toledo.
