Blener Guimarães is a civil engineer with diverse experience across various sectors, including construction, retail, and finance, with a strong focus on commercial operations. They have held roles such as Senior Strategy Analyst at Porto, where they contributed to growth and M&A projects, and led digital product and customer experience initiatives. Blener currently volunteers in strategy and innovation with Social Impact Club Brasil and is pursuing a Management Executive Program at Ohio University. They previously completed a postgraduate degree in Strategic Business Management at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás.
