Portico Healthnet is a nonprofit health and human services organization, based in the Twin Cities, that connects uninsured individuals and families to the resources needed to effectively manage health.  Portico employs Certified MNsure Navigators who provide outreach services in the community and personalized application and enrollment assistance for programs available through MNsure.  Portico has helped Minnesotans overcome barriers to coverage and care since 1995.  Portico's health access line serves as a first stop in navigating a complex health care system for under-served, uninsured people.

The Health Access Support team at Portico Healthnet is dedicated to empowering uninsured individuals and families by facilitating access to health coverage and services.
