Rebecca Baker is an experienced high-volume store manager in specialty retail, currently serving as a Store Manager at POP MART since 2025. They previously held the position of Training Store Manager at BoxLunch, where they focused on training and development within District 418. Prior to that, Rebecca managed stores at The Children's Place in 2022 and Bath & Body Works from 2017 to 2022. Their earlier experience includes a multi-unit management role and Director of Marketing at DICKEYS BARBECUE PIT, where they collaborated on sales strategies and event planning, as well as marketing initiatives to enhance revenue in the greater Sacramento area. Rebecca earned a degree from Yuba College between 2011 and 2014.
