Depuis fin 2016, Pomme de Pain, prend un véritable tournant et passe de précurseur du fast-food à la française à un positionnement « Fast, Good and Casual », un restaurant rapide, bon et agréable. 
L’enseigne tend surfer sur les tendances d’un marché de la restauration en pleine mutation et répond ainsi aux attentes de consommateurs exigeants, à la recherche de produits frais, sains, équilibrés, et d’envies d’authentique et d’innovation.

Les clés de voûte de ce concept : 
- Une architecture de restaurant actuelle et chaleureuse.
- Une nouvelle identité visuelle : une charte graphique plus claire et la volonté d’affirmer un positionnement d’expert - Pomme de Pain, La Maison du Sandwich 
- Une signature de marque qui joue sur la différenciation avec un ton simple et dynamique « C’est pas comme ailleurs, c’est meilleur ! »

Au sein du restaurant, le parcours client est repensé : une cuisine atelier ouverte, visible dès l’entrée. Un libre-service qui laisse plus de liberté dans le processus d’achat et une salle bien séparée de l’espace de vente.
Un nouveau décor composé de matériaux nobles rehaussés de couleurs chaudes et un mur de marque qui traduit à la fois les différentes phases de production d’un sandwich et valorise la qualité et la fraîcheur des ingrédients sélectionnés. Cette fresque présente dans chacun de nos établissements renforce la proximité avec nos clients.
