Brad Ellington, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Strategies at Polycor since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing a Capacity Planning and Maintenance Capital process and leading growth capital ROI initiatives. Previously, Brad was the Director of Finance at Polycor West, managing financial operations for eight legal entities across four states. Prior to joining Polycor, Brad held the Director of Finance position at Indiana Limestone Company, where full P&L ownership was maintained, and also worked as an Operations Controller. Earlier experience includes serving as an Experienced Assurance Associate at PwC, gaining exposure to various industries and client sizes. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, graduating in 2011.
