Rajesh Gupta has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding key leadership roles in various companies. At Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Rajesh served as Head Retail POSP(W&E) Motor and Health from February 2018 to May 2020, focusing on building and developing a PoSP network and enhancing market reach through digital partnerships. Prior to that, as VP & Regional Head at IndiaFirst Life from November 2011 to January 2018, Rajesh efficiently managed a team, driving Life Insurance distribution across banks, agents, and franchises. Beginning a career at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as Assistant Branch Manager in January 2005, responsibilities included managing sales and operations teams to promote Life Insurance products. Rajesh is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Insurance from Vinoba Bhave University since February 2007.
