Javier Martínez Ríos is the current Head of Operations and Network at Polestar Iberia, a position held since 2025. They previously served as the CEO and General Manager of WiBLE Spain from 2018 to 2019 and held various roles, including Account Manager at GE Capital and Marketing and Fleet Manager at Nissho Motor España. Javier has an extensive educational background, including an Executive MBA from Escuela de Organización Industrial and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Additionally, they have taught strategy and new mobility as a Deputy General Manager at CEU IAM Business School from 2017 to 2022.
