Rupam Bhattacharjee currently serves as Vice President at Polestar Analytics, focusing on account management, client relationships, capability development, and delivery oversight since July 2025. Prior to this, Rupam held the position of Director at Fractal from October 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading a high-performing team in data science and analytics, technical program management, and pre-sales activities within the banking and financial services domain. With a career that began at the Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology, Rupam's experience spans over 15 years, including roles at IMS Health and Genpact, and extensive work in BI, data analysis, and project management across various industries. Rupam holds a Master’s degree in Biological Science with a specialization in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics from Bangalore University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science.
