Kristi Ziegler Eberhardt serves as the Managing Director and Head of Sustainable Finance at PNC Debt Capital Markets since October 2009, leading a high-performance team dedicated to client-centered advisory and execution of debt products with an emphasis on impact and transparency. Previously, Kristi created the sustainable finance practice at PNC, successfully executing the bank's inaugural green bond in 2019. Early in Kristi's career, responsibilities included structuring taxable fixed income securities in the Food & Beverage sector and executing municipal securities at National City Bank and Huntington Capital Co. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Otterbein University.
