Jeff Samler is currently the VP of Operations Production Support Specialist Sr for the Loyalty and Rewards Team at PNC. They previously served as the Assistant Vice President for the Retail Support Team, where they led a group of case managers to resolve complex issues and enhance customer and employee experiences. Samler's extensive experience at PNC also includes roles focused on risk management, employee engagement, and project management. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Western Michigan University, which they completed in 2002.
