Ingilab Abbasov has extensive experience in quality control engineering, currently serving as a Senior QC Engineer at PMD Projects LLC since September 2021. Prior roles include Leading QC Engineer at PMD Projects, QC Engineer at Tekfen Construction and Azfen, and various QA/QC Engineer positions at Tekfen Construction, DIA Holding, and Tekfen-Azfen. Ingilab Abbasov holds a degree in Road Construction Materials and Technology from the State Road Research Institute of the Russian Federation and completed a CSWIP Visual Welding Inspector certification from TWI Azerbaijan. Further education includes specialized training at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
