Nicole Finn, MPH, currently serves as the Clinical Informatics Project Manager at PM Pediatric Care since July 2017, where prior roles include Behavioral Health Clinical Informatics Specialist and Front Desk SuperUser. Previously, Nicole coordinated the Travel and Geographic Medicine Clinic at Boston Children's Hospital from September 2014 to September 2018, successfully managing clinic operations and enhancing patient satisfaction, which earned recognition as ED Employee of the Month in December 2016. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Maternal and Child Health from Boston University School of Public Health (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University (2010-2014), along with a high school diploma from Boston Latin School (2003-2010).
