Mike Dallmeyer is a retired Engineering Director with extensive international experience in the design and manufacturing of high-speed and high-precision components. They have held leadership roles at Siemens Automotive, Vitesco Technologies, and Continental Automotive, overseeing significant projects that resulted in substantial cost reductions and improvements in process efficiency. Mike is certified as a Project Management Professional and is passionate about team leadership, mentoring, and technical training. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and have been awarded 47 US patents throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Reliability Engineering Director at Plug Power.
