Chelsea Bill is a seasoned Project Manager at Plow Digital, where they coordinate client projects and lead creative teams. They have previously held roles as a Senior Creative Lead and Project Manager at Plow Digital, as well as an Adjunct Professor at IUPUI, teaching Digital Illustration. Chelsea's diverse experience includes work as a Marketing Assistant at Infotex, a Vector Artist at Blue Fedora Studios, and an Art Director at MorVid. They earned a Master of Fine Arts in Animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University.
