Omar Nunez is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in propulsion and product design, currently serving as a Propulsion Design Engineer at PLD Space since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Design Engineer at Collins Aerospace, where design requirements were reviewed and materials identified for component development, and as a Sustaining Engineer at Eaton, supporting the new product introduction process. Omar also worked as a Product Design Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, updating blueprints and 3D models, and began a career as a Drafting Engineer at Volare Engineering, focusing on passenger cabin design. Omar holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from CETYS Universidad.
