Yael On has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, beginning with experience at Intel as an HR representative from January 2006 to July 2007, focusing on employee benefits and organizational policies. Yael progressed to positions at industry leaders, including Google as a recruiter and HR generalist, and Yahoo as the head of talent management. Subsequent roles include Director of Global Talent Acquisition and HR at LivePerson and Global Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Playtika. Additional qualifications feature a Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies and an MCI from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Recent tenure includes leading international recruiting for ML and AI at Meta and serving as Global Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Rapyd.
