Ruan Potgieter is a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Playroll, having begun their role in 2025. Prior to this, Ruan held positions as a Software Engineering Team Lead and Software Engineer at Prodigy Finance from 2022 to 2025, and served as a Technical Team Lead and Software Engineer at Autumn Leaf IT from 2020 to 2021. Ruan has also worked as a Senior Python Engineer at Kazang and a Software Engineer at eSimplified, both in 2025. Ruan earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from North-West University and completed their National Senior Certificate at Richards Bay High School.
