With experience in various roles such as VP of Business Performance and Director of Monetization and Analytics at 7 Elements Studios, Sofi has demonstrated a strong capability in optimizing game performance through data-driven insights and market research. Previous positions include leadership roles in business analytics at Optimove and a CEO position with Shenkar College Students' Association. Sofi holds a B.Sc in Management and Industrial Engineering from Shenkar and a Master's degree in Statistics from Tel Aviv University.
