Zhihao (Damian) Lu is a skilled Mechanical Designer with extensive experience in the design and coordination of various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, utilizing software such as Revit and Navisworks. Currently employed at Plan Group Inc. since February 2021, Zhihao creates fabrication drawings, specifications, and tender documents, while also conducting on-site inspections and representing the design team in meetings. Previous roles include Mechanical Designer at Thermond Engineering, where Zhihao conducted computerized heating and cooling load analyses and designed plumbing systems, and as a Project Coordinator/Product Designer at Elite Aluminium Systems Limited, focusing on R&D and project cost estimation. Zhihao holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Design and Automation from Tianjin University of Technology and Education.
